The lesson plan includes the following steps:-

Writing down:-

a) General Aims

b) Specific Aims

And then the usual procedure including: -

1. Motivation

i) Use of Aids / situation/models/ charts etc. 
ii) Pervious knowledge assumed.

iii) Introduction

2. Presentation

i) Model recitation by the teacher with books closed b students.

i) Model recitation by the teacher. Now books being open.

i) Explanation of certain lines, difficult word etc.

iv) Recitation by students.

3. Recapitulation

Removing difficulties, if any.

Appreciation Questions.

 Teaching Aids: 
Usual classroom apparatus (Blackboard, Duster, Marker/Chalk, Pointer, Rolling board) Flash cards/charts  (with drawn pictures depicting various situations of Idd festival)

General/ Main Objectives:
Teaching four skills of English language that is Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

Specific Objectives:
To develop the ideas and hence the writing skill of the students.
To arouse the interest of the students, the pupil teacher will divide class   into groups. 

Motivation: 
In order to motivate the students for learning present days topic, the pupil teacher will ask them some questions.

Announcement of the Topic: 
Here, the teacher will announce the topic i.e. Dear students, today we will learn something more about the topic "Kashmir- The Happy Valley". 

Presentation:
The pupil teacher will ask the students to open their text books at page ....      B.B Summary 
i. Model Reading by the Pupil Teacher: The pupil teacher will give model reading of the passage with correct  pronunciation.  
 ii. Loud Reading by the Students:  After the teacher finishes the model reading, he/she can ask some students to read out the passage loudly one by one. Loud reading can ensure the correct tone, pronunciation, fluency etc on spot only. 
iii. Silent Reading by Students: Then the students may be asked to proceed on to silent reading. This clarifies each and every point individually and increases the students' comprehension. 


Recapitulation
The pupil teacher will recapitulate the whole topic by summing up and asking the students a few difficult words. 

Evaluation
In order to know whether the students have learnt something or not the pupil teacher will ask them some questions.
