The two interpersonal skills I would like to improve are Empathy and Leadership.

Empathy helps us understand others’ feelings and respond kindly. It promotes teamwork and reduces conflicts.
Qualities include caring, compassion, kindness, patience, and respect.
Empathy allows one to build strong personal and professional relationships.

Leadership means guiding others towards a common goal. A good leader inspires, motivates, and communicates clearly.
Qualities include confidence, cooperation, open communication, creativity, and trust.
Leadership skills are necessary not only for managers but for everyone who wants to influence others positively.

Public speaking is important because it:
