Sir,
In pursuance to the Government order No.81-JK(HE) of 2022 dated
13.04
.2022,
a detailed deliberation (online & offline mode) was held to formulate
a Uniform
Academic Calendar for all the Universities/Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) of the
UT of Jammu & Kashmir in sync with the National Academic Calendar effective from
ensuing academic session i.e. 2022.
After threadbare consultation, and keeping in view the two weather zones
(Summer zone, Winter zone) of the UT of J&K, a Uniform Academic Calendar effective
from academic session 2022 for all the HEls of the UT of J&K is hereby attached as
Annexure-A for adoption.
